What shipping method is used for my order?

For an order in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, you have the choice between a standard delivery at home or a delivery in a collection point of your choice in the Mondial Relay network.

For any other country of destination, the order will be sent in standard delivery.

I have placed an order, when will it arrive?

We commit ourselves to deliver the goods ordered on the site as soon as possible after receiving your payment. The approximate time is 2 to 4 days for France and 3 to 10 days for international.

The ordered Products will be sent to the address you indicated during the ordering process or to the collection point of your choice (depending on the carrier chosen). We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by you providing an incorrect or incomplete address.

For a home delivery, if the recipient is absent at the time of the passage of our provider of transport, the parcel will be deposited in a point of withdrawal near the address of delivery. In this case, the customer will be able to withdraw the parcel under 7 days on presentation of an identity paper and the notice of passage. At the end of this period, the unclaimed packages will be returned to us. We decline any responsibility for the delays of delivery caused by the absence of the recipient of the parcel or its non withdrawal within the time envisaged for this purpose.

Can I change the delivery address?

The delivery address chosen is final.

I would like to receive my order outside the European Union or internationally, do I have to pay import taxes?

Items shipped internationally and outside the European Union are subject to possible additional costs such as import taxes and charges that will not be accounted for at the time of order confirmation and payment. These charges will not be covered or reimbursed by Please check with your local customs office to determine the amount of these charges before placing your order. We will not be responsible if a delivery is affected by an import process. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

What is the shipping cost for my order?

The cost of delivery depends on the choice that is made at the time of check out. For any order over XX€ in France, HIGH ON FUN offers delivery. For any order over XX€ of purchase in the international, HIGH ON FUN offers you the delivery.
